Healthy scalps love consistency, and it doesn’t take much to maintain one between visits.Here’s how to bring gentle scalp care into your own routine:

Exfoliate: Every 2–4 weeks, use a gentle scalp scrub or exfoliating cleanser (like Arete’s Micro Exfoliating Scalp Mask) to remove buildup and support circulation.

💧 Moisturize: Before shampooing, apply a nourishing oil (Kitch Pre-Wash Scalp Oil) to replenish hydration and soften the scalp.
