Salon Policies and Safety Requirements
NEW STANDARDS AS OF JUNE 9, 2021
-
Masks are no longer required.
-
Double booking is allowed for salons.
-
Texting before you come in is no longer required, however, I still recommend not coming more than 10 minutes early to your appointment.
-
If you are having a color service done, I do recommend washing your hair at least 48 hours before the appointment. It is best to come with product-free hair, especially root covering products or dry shampoo.
-
I will not be offering hair services for children going forward. In addition, please do not bring any children into the salon.
-
Contactless payments, cash, and storing a credit card on file are still available payment options. Please keep in mind that I do not keep change on hand for cash payments.
NEW SICKNESS POLICY
With the mask mandate being lifted, PLEASE be considerate of the fact that I have avoided Covid and would like to keep the salon a clean and virus-free environment. If you come to the salon with the following symptoms, you may be asked to wear a mask or reschedule your appointment:
-
Exhibits a cough, runny nose, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, diarrhea, or feeling feverish.
-
Has been sick within the last 10 days or has come in contact with someone who has been sick within the last 10 days. This includes common colds, flu, coronavirus as well as any other viruses. I am counting on you to be responsible and keep my health, as well as your own as the top priority.
-
Has a fever of 100.4 or higher. A fever indicates someone who is asymptomatic. We are required to treat all clients whether you are asymptomatic or mildly symptomatic as though you are sick.
By following these guidelines, you can help keep yourself and the salon a healthy and safe environment. By booking an appointment you release the salon and myself of any liability related to Coivd-19.
