Appointment Etiquette

  • Booking the right service: Each service is booked for a specific amount of time that will allow your stylist to complete your service without rushing, guaranteeing the best experience possible. If you request additional services while in our chair, please be aware we might not have extra time available to accommodate your requests. If you are unsure about what services you need, please call or text your stylist before booking your appointment. We will be more than happy to answer any questions and help you book your appointment!

  • Be on time: Stylists time each appointment very carefully and count on each client to be on time. On-time means arriving at your scheduled time or up to 10 minutes early. If you arrive late, part of your booked service might have to be cut to allow your stylist to finish on time and avoid running late for their next appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. 

  • Cancellations: We require a 48-hour notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Last-minute issues or emergencies are unavoidable, and we completely understand. Please be courteous and call or text your stylist as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled after 48 hours will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. No shows will be charged 100% of the booked service.

  • Repeat Cancellations: Please keep in mind that your appointment is being held for you which keeps other clients from taking your time slot. When you cancel continuously and/or last minute, not only is frustrating for your stylist, but it becomes very difficult to fill a canceled appointment at the last minute. After three cancellations, you will no longer be allowed to prebook any appointments and must pay the full-service price in advance. You will be charged 50% of the booked service if you cancel future appointments. Should this become a continuous issue, your stylist reserves the right to deny any future appointments.
